When speaking of dreams

"I am Whale. Here I am dying and it is because of you, to feed your families. But, what of my calf? I find no honor in it. But, you are human, therefore you are ignorant by the ways of nature. I am an animal. I am nature. Why don't you move? Where there is more food? The Earth, it will provide it for you. She has shown me the way, to end suffering. Have you forgotten the way? Is there nothing else, then, but death and destruction? What have I done to you? Nothing. Therefore, I die innocently, having hurt no one. Must you kill me? Yes? Fine. I submit to your will, but not because I have a choice; I will submit to you for I am Whale. Here I am dying, and it is because of you." this poem reflects how i feel sbout whaling and the importance of animal rights advocacy.
